Wole Osinupebi graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Lagos. He has worked in engineering and construction for many years.

Engr. Osinupebi is registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
